Welcome to Our Park

Tree Lakes Resort is a resort park owned by its residents, giving us a unique opportunity to decide the type of park that fulfills our needs.  The people who live here, whether for the winter or for the entire year, support our chosen retired lifestyle by serving as volunteers for the many social opportunities available.  Residents also serve on the Boards that manage our park and do much of the work to maintain our park.  Our residents are active, friendly and welcoming to new arrivals.

 

A Short History

Tree Lakes Resort began as a trailer park in 1980.  In 1982, lots were offered for sale under co-op ownership or for rent.  Tree Lakes Resort received its Charter as an official Cooperative Travel Trailer Park on June 30, 1982.  An auction was held in 1989 to sell the remaining available lots.  Today we have Rules and Regulations which all residents and renters abide by, making this one of the finest low-cost adult co-op parks in all of Florida.

NOTE: Any rentals of units or lots are long-term.  We do not have overnight RV camping sites available.

If you are planning to look for a unit or lot in our park to rent, be advised that the best time to secure a reservation for the following winter is early in the current season.
