Water Exercise - Tu, Th

Beginning in January, Tuesday/Thursday Water Exercise is an Arthritis Foundation program at a mid level. We start with stretches, next we do 20 minutes of continuous cardio to benefit the heart. Then we do isometrics and resistance and end with more stretches. This covers our whole body from head to toe. We meet at 10 a.m. weather permitting. My general guideline is that we will have the class if the air temperature is 55 and NO wind, or 60 if it's mildly windy. If there happens to be a major drop in the pool water temperature, that may also cause a class to be closed. We start one hour late on Association Meeting Thursday so owners can attend the meeting. No special equipment is required. This program is suitable for everyone and is open to ladies and gentlemen.
