Good morning Tree Lakes Resort Residents!
We are coming to the end of a great season. This is my first and watching everyone pack up for there journey back to the north reminds me of a great TV show...Mash!  The very last episodes title was named "Goodbye, Farewell, Amen"
I say GOODBYE to all the great residents. Meeting all of you, getting to know you and the resort, and knowing you will be back in a few short months
I say FAREWELL to all of you, knowing you will be back where you call home to see your children, grandchildren, friends and neighbors.
I say AMEN to you as I pray for your safe travels and good health throughout the summer.
To the Board of Directors and all of the committees. I thank you for your trust and all of the hard work that all of you put in to make this a one of kind fantastic resort.
To all of the Tree Lakes family HAVE A GREAT SUMMER! CHEERS!

Good afternoon Tree Lakes Resort residents,
As I arrived at Tree Lakes this morning, the sun was just coming up over the horizon. It was a spectacular sight. As I got out of my car with my coffee and backpack in hand it hit me again. What a beautiful place to be, and have the opportunity to work here. I felt like this the first time when I came here to interview, when I came through the gate I knew there was something special here. I did my usual walk around checking on people, places and production, then was stopped by the new fishing dock to watch an unbelievable sunrise. Yes, we are fortunate to live on the west coast and see numerous sunsets and sunrises, but to appreciate everyday there is a new canvas for us to paint our picture or a blank page to write down how our life is going or a new chapter in the book about you.
Maybe I'm being sentimental, but life is short and precious. Whoever said to stop and smell the roses... was right. A smile goes a long way, so does good morning, good afternoon, good evening, please, thank you, a hand shake...and all of these things didn't cost you a penny.
I keep praying and thanking the big man above for the opportunity I have here. I thank the Board which I proudly serve for having the trust in me and hiring me.
But this isn't about me it's about you...the residents, renters, visitors. You make this Resort what it is, and I can see that loud and clear. Have fun, safe travels this summer. A wise man told us not so long ago BE KIND to one another.
With that I will close by saying thank you and my door is always open...except when I'm doing financials.
CHEERS AND ENJOY THE PARKING LOT PARTY TONIGHT!
