Tree Lakes Residents present a super fantastic Annual Bazaar. The Bazaar proceeds support activities at Tree Lakes.
Breakfast and lunch is prepared by our residents. Breakfast is delicious homemade biscuits and sausage gravy, donuts and coffee. Lunch is tasty chicken salad, Sloppy Joes, and strawberry shortcake.
“Elite Repeat” collects and offers for sale gently used treasures. Items include clothing, household goods, larger household items, books, jewelry, linens, knick-knacks and much more.
Delicious baked goods made by our residents are offered for sale.
Hourly raffle drawings offer new donated items and gift certificates.
Cypress Hall is closed after Koffee Klatch the day before until tables are arranged for the Bazaar. Then around 11:30 a.m. rummage items are brought from shed to Cypress Hall and sorted. The Sports Area is set up for larger items.
The Annual Bazaar needs help from all residents. Jobs include set-up crews, parking attendants, security, sorters, cashiers, ticket sellers, kitchen help, cleanup crews, runners, rummage and clothing sellers. Sign-up sheet is on bulletin board on patio where you can request your job preference if you wish.
The Bazaar contributes proceeds to the Tree Lakes Activity Board, which benefits each and everyone of us.
