Water Exercise - M, W, F

Water Exercise classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the pool weather permitting. Classes are held if the temperature is above 60 degrees and no gusty winds. 

Noodles, water boards, and weights are used to strengthen and tone bodies.  Some aerobics are included.

 There are two class schedules:
