Important Information

NOTE: Rentals are only available October - April, per Tree Lakes documents, no rentals are permitted May- September. Background checks are required to rent.

 

If you have a renter you must provide a background check to the office prior to your tenants arrival date (if your renter was not a registered renter during the 2025/2026 season). Listed below are two links, first one explaining how to conduct a background check and the second link is where your potential renter can go to complete the background check.

NOTE: You or your spouse must be aged 55 or older to rent or buy in Tree Lakes.

Co-op assessment is $450 per quarter.  The assessment covers water, sewer, garbage collection, lawn service, park maintenance and use of the facilities.

The price of a unit includes the price of the land.  You receive a 99-year Proprietary Lease which grants you one share and rights in the Cooperative.

If you have a unit in Tree Lakes you want to sell or rent, contact [email protected].  When sold or rented, please contact [email protected] so your ad can be removed or updated.  Old ads will be removed on a regular basis. If you would like the ad renewed, contact [email protected] before the ad is removed.
