Cecil "Buck" DeMoss, 82 years old, Rensselaer, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2023.

Cecil was born on Oct. 10, 1940, to the late Jesse and Louis DeMoss. 

Over the course of his life, he enjoyed playing golf, fishing and spending time in Florida. He was a dedicated provider and retired from Ford Motor Company in Chicago Heights after 42 years.

He is survived by his wife, DeAnna DeMoss; his sister, Janice Sell; his children, Shannon Lezak, Kim DeMoss, Vickie Brose, Brian (Sarah) DeMoss, Kevin (Ryann) DeMoss; and eight grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at Kniman United Methodist Church, 4887 W. County Road 900 N., Wheatfield, on Saturday, April 8 from 5 - 7 p.m. CST.
