A CO-ED fitness class for everyone.
We all need to move all of our joints and muscles to maintain flexibility and balance.
We will be doing this slowly and deliberately. But with a challenge.
Come join us. Please bring a yoga mat.
There are alternative moves, utilizing a chair, for those who cannot do floor work.
