Take your RV out of the cold this winter season and park it on our cement pad at Tree Lakes RV Resort on the outskirt of Palmetto off US41 at the junction of I 275. Surrounding the pad  and shed is manicured grass. This resort is a gated 55+ cooperative community with some 400 lots. It is situated approximately 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and 10 minutes further is the famous Anna Maria Island. You can travel within an hour north to Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg and south to Sarasota. Minimum 4 month rental required.

Amenities : Pool, spa, with partially covered deck, fishing dock & cleaning table, library, gym, pool room, and huge clubhouse with nice size kitchen.

Activities galore include : Arts & crafts, aqua fitness, billiards, bocce, various card games including poker, cornhole, electronic darts, golf, horseshoes, pickleball, ping pong, tennis, shuffleboard, stretch exercises, watercolor painting courses, monthly dances, various fantastic events including lunches, dinners, weekly BINGO, and so much more. 

Did I forget to say how wonderful everyone is in this park !!! 

And one last thing, in March, for MLB enthusiasts, you can follow spring training of Pittsburgh Pirates in Bradenton (our neighbouring town) or Baltimore Orioles just a 30 minute drive south to Sarasota. and games against other teams training in Florida including the Blue Jays for our Canadian friends.
