Audrey H. (Payne) Hills, 94, of Flat Iron Road, Conewango Valley, Town of Leon, and of Palmetto, FL, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025 at UPMC Chautauqua Hospital in Jamestown after an extended illness.

She was born May 17, 1931 in Jamestown, the daughter of late Robert J. Payne and Hazel Josephine (Fox) Payne. Audrey graduated from the former Cherry Creek High School and in addition to being a home maker, she had worked as a book keeper at AGWAY in Leon. She also had attended Jamestown Business College.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, was an avid reader and liked painting.

She is survived by two daughters; Apryl D. (Samuel) Lumia of Falconer and Melodee A. Mansfield of Parrish, FL., two grandchildren; Dawn M. (Ryan) Chapman of Jamestown and Adam S. Lumia of Parrish, FL., and four great grandchildren; Ava, Ian and Ivy Chapman, and Alden Lumia

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Hazel, her husband Roy N. Hills in December of 2022 and siblings; Vincent Payne and Iris Kickbush and a son-in-law; Steven Mansfield.
